Our Chef Ryan comes with years of experience in some truly amazing kitchens.

He brings (to the table) flavour profiles from all over Scotland and from many high end Italian restaurants, inspiring Garlic & Thymes Menu.

We are all about using ONLY the best ingredients in our cooking and where possible we use local suppliers to ensure the end result is the tastiest meal possible without the price tag.
